Stress is what we experience when our demands outweigh our resources. It can often be felt like we are under a lot of pressure to get something done or to meet a target.
At Thought Works Therapy we recognise there are many possible causes of stress including work or job change, relationships, interviews and exams.
The workshops we provide help identify, understand, manage and adapt strategies to help manage such stressors. The workshops can be delivered either one-on-one or to groups, and can be tailored to suit your specific needs. This could include one-off sessions in preparation for events such as exams, interviews or public speaking.
