Relaxation and Mindfulness are techniques to help be present in the current moment. By focussing on what is happening now, we are able to reduce any future worries and also helps us to stop thinking about the past.

(Though these useful techniques are often included as part of any CBT treatment you may receive).

How it works

  • Depending on your current needs, we may include relaxation and mindfulness to the alternative treatment we provide.
  • We can also offer bespoke and tailored, one-off relaxation sessions to help you learn techniques to manage symptoms of anxiety and stress.
