5 ways in which we can improve our mental health.

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are things that we can all do, and in doing so, improve our mental wellbeing.

They are:

Connect: Be with others, join a group, talk to people.

Give: This can be anything like your time, through volunteering or even giving a smile.

Take Notice: Be present, look around you, what to do see?

Keep Learning: Read, learn a new thing, watch a youtube tutorial.

Be Active: Do some gentle exercise, walk instead of driving, or go to the gym.
